VAT (25%) is included in all prices quoted for the products in the shop. Prices quoted do not include shipping (see also Shipping and delivery). LennAA Tech AB, owner of the PLAY IQ LIGHT trademark, does not enter into contracts with persons under 18 years of age without parental consent.

The terms are limited to sales and deliveries within Sweden in 2023. For purchases outside Sweden, please contact us at admin@playiqlight.se for prices, conditions, shipping costs, etc.

Payments in our shop can be made in different ways. At checkout, you can see the different payment methods available.

For 12 months from the date of purchase, LennAA Tech AB undertakes to be responsible for the functioning of the product. The warranty does not apply to external damage due to accident, negligence, overvoltage, abnormal use or failure to follow the care instructions (Care & Troubleshooting). The product with a warranty defect will be repaired or replaced. See also the Complaints section below. Please also read the instructions on how to handle the product under Care instructions (Care & Troubleshooting) before you start using the product.

The warranty service and the normal warranty claim procedure primarily involve us trying to resolve the fault remotely. You can contact us directly by email at support@playiqlight.se or by using the contact form under SUPPORT and CONTACT. Alternatively, repair or replacement may be required.

If the return relates to a warranty claim, please contact us first using the ready-made form under Support Issues. Fill in the information about the item number, the reason for the complaint (cause of the fault, defects, operational problems, description of the fault and any self-diagnosis, etc.), order number, date of purchase and full contact details. Before making the return, one of our technicians will contact you to see if the fault can be fixed remotely.

ATTENTION! Before contacting and possibly returning the product, please check the instructions on how the product works in the “HOW IT WORKS” section of the website.

All orders are subject to a shipping fee. The delivery is made to the nearest delivery point and the goods are left for collection for 14 days. Shipping rates and more information can be found at checkout and in the checkout process.

Private parcels are normally delivered within 3-5 working days. If your goods are in stock, they will be sent from our warehouse within 3 working days of receiving the order. If the delivery time is longer, our customer service will contact you with the current delivery time before the order is placed. If there is a delay, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase at no extra cost.

For packages that are not picked up within the prescribed time and returned, we will invoice 400 kr.

For return shipping, be sure to pack your return carefully regardless of the reason for the return. The goods must be well packaged so that neither the goods nor the packaging are damaged. Please send the item back as a ‘registered parcel’, as we are not responsible for shipments that get lost on the way to us.

ATTENTION! When returning the item, save the package number, also attach the email communication that has taken place for reference, as well as full contact details, including the address for the return of the rectified item and mobile number for notification.

The right of withdrawal for online purchases applies when you buy from our shop according to the right of withdrawal in the Distance and Home Sales Act. When buying back under the Distance and Home Sales Act, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies if the goods are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging, including any accompanying accessories. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

For business sales, the Distance Selling Act does not apply and the right of withdrawal is normally not granted. If you regret your purchase and want to return the item, please contact us first by email at support@playiqlight.se. You will receive information on how to return the item and how the refund will be made. Include in your email the item number, reason for return (e.g. right of withdrawal), order number, date of purchase and full contact details.

If the goods or packaging are damaged or the product has to be restored because it has been unpacked or used, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund equal to our cost of restoring the product to a saleable condition. The cost of returning your canceled purchase is borne by the customer. Any refund will be made within 30 days from the day we received and examined the returned goods.

Under the Consumer Sales Act, the complaint period for a product is 3 years. To invoke the right to complain, the customer must prove that the product was defective at the time of purchase. This should be done within a reasonable time after you noticed or should have noticed the defect. The simple test to determine the operation of the product is to press the ON button and then the Test button. This is the big test that the product works properly.

As a customer, you send the product to the address described under the SUPPORT tab and Address. After the return, our technicians carry out a technical examination of the product to identify the cause of the fault. If the product can be repaired or fixed by other means, it will be returned to you. If the product is defective due to a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new replacement product at no cost for the product or shipping. The normal examination and repair time is 3-4 weeks.

If, after technical examination of the complained product, it appears that it is not defective due to a manufacturing defect and does not constitute an approved complaint, or if it is defective due to an external cause other than our responsibility as a supplier, we reserve the right to charge an examination fee of SEK 400 including VAT, plus shipping costs for any return shipping. We will then contact you as a customer to agree on further action.

Examples of external causes and circumstances of the damage or defect that are not accepted as a warranty claim are:

  • Damage to electronics caused by a faulty charger
  • The product must not be disassembled
  • Significant damage/scratches on the center of the trigger unit and IR sensor reading areas.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations and decisions of the General Complaints Board.

The cost of returning your claimed purchase is borne by the customer.

We collect and use only the personal data necessary to provide our services and deliver your orders. This may include data such as name, contact details and payment information.

Your personal data is treated confidentially and protected against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. We only share your data with third parties when it is necessary to fulfill your orders, such as with delivery companies.

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you at any time and the right to have any inaccuracies corrected. You can also request the deletion of your personal data from our database, provided there are no legal reasons preventing us from doing so.
